Shipping UK

All prints are made to order in London. Please allow 2-3 days from date of dispatch for delivery. Orders shipped to the UK use Royal Mail tracked services. you will also receive an email containing tracking information and delivery details.

Shipping Europe

All prints are made to order in Germany. Please allow 2-5 days from date of dispatch for delivery. Orders shipped to Europe are shipped tracked via Deutsche Post (DHL). you will also receive an email containing tracking information and delivery details.

Shipping International

Please allow 5-10 days from date of dispatch for delivery. Orders shipped Internationally are shipped tracked from Germany via Deutsche Post (DHL). you will also receive an email containing tracking information and delivery details.

Prints up to 420mm (16.5”) wide are shipped flat in reinforced cardboard envelopes. Prints wider than 420mm (16.5”) are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes.

Returns

If a print is no longer wanted for any reason, it should be returned (at your own cost) in its original packaging, undamaged, within 14 days. once inspected, a full refund will be arranged. For returns address please contact us

Damaged or Defective Prints

If the print appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact the postal service in the first instance.

If the print appears damaged or defective in production, the print will need to be inspected by our print fulfiller (theprintspace), once inspected and damage/defects have been approved, a replacement or full refund will be arranged free of charge within 10 days from date of approval.

In all cases, please send photos of the damage along with any relevant details to phil@pandc.design
